CHECKING IN ON THE PATIENTS STATUS:
If you have brought in or shipped equipment to us we can give you a status report. This goes beyond just tracking items as they travel. As soon as you can confirm we've received it, you can also obtain both diagnostic and prognostic information. This includes evaluations, estimates, current valuations and approximate repair or completion dates. Never wonder about the progress of the service(s) you need. We will accept your direct phone inquiries and will supply you with pictures and/or video of the documented process through email.
